We solely offers bespoke and made-to-order items, it is imperative that customers notify us within the designated timeframe to be eligible for our refund policy. Please note that we have a specific policy in place pertaining to returns, which is outlined below. Should a product be deemed faulty or incorrect, please notify us within the designated timeframe.
We strive to ensure the delivery of pristine items, however, there are instances where products may be deemed incorrect, damaged, or faulty during transportation. In such cases, we shall undertake to repair or replace the product in the first instance. Should we be unable to fulfill this obligation, a refund shall be offered.
To initiate our return policy, it is necessary to report any incorrect or damaged items within 48 hours of receipt. Additionally, kindly provide images and/or videos where applicable, accompanied by a detailed email outlining the issues encountered with the item. In the event that the packaging itself is damaged, kindly include images of the same when submitting evidence.
Should we request the return of an item, it shall be the customer’s responsibility to cover the return shipping costs. The customer shall bear the responsibility for any damages incurred during return transit until the items reach our warehouse. It is advisable to ensure that items are appropriately packaged to prevent damages. We shall not be held liable for poorly packed items. It is recommended that customers obtain proof of postage and insurance covering the value of the items to ensure protection in the event of damages.
Our refund policy solely covers items that have been deemed incorrect or damaged. Neither buyer’s remorse nor change of mind shall be covered by our refund policy. Failure to notify us within 48 hours of receipt shall result in the inability to issue a refund for any damaged or incorrect items.
Upon the return of an item due to damage or incorrectness, we shall provide a repair or replacement. Should a repair or replacement be unfeasible, a refund shall be issued.
It is imperative to exercise caution when assembling self-assembly products provided by us. We shall not be held liable for damages arising from incorrect assembly or installation. Kindly ensure that you possess all the requisite parts before assembling the product. Once assembled, we shall not be able to accept a return or provide a replacement. Please inspect the item for any damages prior to installation.
We understand that sometimes, you may need to cancel your order after placing it. This policy sets out our terms and conditions for order cancellations.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please note that after this time, production will have begun and we will be unable to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via email or phone within the 24-hour window.
Once your item has been shipped from its origin country, you will not be able to cancel your order. Please note that if the item has been shipped before the 24-hour cancellation window, we will be unable to cancel your order. In such cases, you will need to follow the instructions in our Returns and Refunds policy.
Please note that we are unable to retroactively apply discounts to an order or cancel orders solely for the purpose of applying a discount. Discounts are only applicable at the time of purchase and cannot be applied after the fact.
